Am primit pe email acest articol și m-am gândit ca ar fi folositor sa îl împărtășesc și altora.

Nu stiu cine l-a scris insa, atat cat am putut eu sa respect din etapele descrise mai jos, mi-a fost foarte util.

Aparitia candidei are cauze multiple dar este amplificata de slabirea organismului si a dezechilibrului intern.

Incercati sa mergeti la medic, insa aveti grija sa va puna un diagnostic corect si mai ales sa prescrie un tratament corect…

Candida albicans este o ciupercă prezenta in mod normal în tractul intestinal, care, atunci când se înmulţeşte excesiv si devine invazivă, produce boala cunoscuta sub denumirea de candidoză, o afecţiune responsabila pentru o gama larga de simptome. Aceasta ciupercă poate redeveni inofensiva printr-o dietă corespunzătoare din care se elimina alimentele care conţin drojdie. Candidoza este frecvent asociata cu intoleranta alimentara si este prezenta la 50 % dintre pacienţii care suferă de sindromul oboselii. Pentru ca tratamentul sa fie mai eficient, la dieta anticandidozică trebuie sa se adauge un tratament cu vitamine.

Sfaturi privind dieta

 Candida îşi ia hrana din alimentele care conţin drojdie, din  zahăr si cerealele cu gluten si este capabila sa fermenteze si sa elibereze  alcoolul din zaharuri. La începutul tratamentului, toate aceste alimente trebuie evitate, dar pe măsură ce simptomele se atenuează, pe unele dintre ele le puteţi reintroduce treptat in dieta.

Fiecare stadiu al dietei trebuie sa dureze cel puţin o luna şi este important sa înlocuiţi alimentele interzise cu altele permise. O greşeală frecventa este aceea de a urma stadiul întâi al dietei timp prea îndelungat, ceea ce poate avea ca urmare sărăcirea organismului in vitamine si  minerale si pierderea in greutate. Pentru siguranţa dumneavoastră, este bine sa luaţi un supliment hipoalergen zilnic de multivitamine si minerale.

 Drojdiile si sporii de drojdii sunt larg răspândiţi în mediul înconjurător. Excluderea lor din dieta le poate diminua efectele nocive, dar nu rezolva complet problema. Incercaţi să ţineţi lucrurile sub control păstrând alimentele în frigider.

 Alimente care trebuie evitate:

  • Drojdia si alimentele care conţin drojdie: evitaţi drojdia de bere, pâinea din aluat cu drojdie si produsele de brutărie.

Drojdia se foloseşte pe scară largă la prepararea si asezonarea produselor alimentare, deci citiţi cu atenţie etichetele. Se foloseşte de asemenea ca baza pentru fabricarea multor vitamine si minerale, inclusiv vitaminele din grupul B si seleniu. (Vitaminele B hipoalergene nu conţin drojdie.)

  • Extract din drojdie (aliment din drojdie, de culoare maro inchis, care se mănâncă de regula pe pâine) : Marmite (produs  alimentar englezesc făcut din drojdie si legume gătite, care se mănâncă fie pe pâine, fie se foloseşte pentru asezonarea altor alimente), concentrat vegetal, Bisto, Bovril, lapte de soia, alimente in care s-au incorporat vitamine, alimente tip gustari (chipsuri, fructe oleaginoase prajite).
  • Toate bauturile alcoolice: evitaţi berea, vinul, cidrul, băuturile preparate in casa, băuturile spirtoase.
  • Ciuperci: toate tipurile de ciuperci si alimente care conţin ciuperci, cum sunt cuburile cu concentrat de ciuperci si alimentele care conţin diverse legume uscate.
  • Alimentele fermentate (care conţin mucegaiuri): evitați toate tipurile de brânza, inclusiv brânza de vaci, și smântâna.
  • Zahăr: evitaţi zahărul rafinat, nerafinat, din trestie, melasa, siropul de arţar, mierea, siropul de glucoza, îndulcitorii de tip zaharina. Toate dulciurile si ciocolata. in multe alimente tip conserve (supe si fasole gătita) se adaugă zahăr.
  • Alimente care conţin mucegaiuri (murate, uscate, sau afumate): evitaţi oţetul, ceapa murata, condimentele, varza murata, sosurile pentru salate, sosul de soia, toate tipurile de costiţa, şuncă afumata, pastrama, salamul, cârnaţii, scrumbia afumata, heringii afumaţi şi marinaţi, pui si curcan afumat, hot dogs, fructe oleaginoase inclusiv arahide, fructe uscate precum prune, stafide, smochine, curmale, caise etc.
  • Alimente care conţin gluten: evitaţi grâul, secara, ovăzul, orzul. Sunt persoane care trebuie sa evite si cartofii, orezul si porumbul, în prima fază a tratamentului. Amidonul se adaugă în multe produse alimentare ca liant. Evitaţi alimentele trase în aluat.
  • Consumul de lapte (pasteurizat) şi produse din lapte trebuie limitat sau evitat, din cauza mucegaiurilor si a bacteriilor care proliferează rapid in lactate si lapte. Excepţie face iaurtul natural, deoarece conţine bacterii cu efect bun asupra digestiei.
  • Legume: evitaţi toate tipurile de varza si roşiile. Decojiţi legumele şi fructele cărnoase, deoarece mucegaiurile se depun pe coaja. Evitaţi fasolea boabe, fasolea pitică, untul vegetal, fasolea chinezeasca mung, lintea etc.
  •  Nu mâncaţi fructe cu seminţe (de genul căpşunilor etc), citricele, bananele si strugurii. Unii medici recomanda excluderea din alimentaţie a tuturor fructelor, totuşi, este suficient să mâncaţi doar patru, cinci fructe pe săptămână. Evitaţi fructele si sucurile din fructe conservate şi congelate.
  • Plantele si ceaiurile dacă sunt vechi, conţin mucegaiuri. Verificaţi când expiră şi folosiţi doar din cele recent culese.
  • Diverse: evitaţi uleiurile de floarea soarelui şi sofranas, uleiul de nucă, margarina. Evitaţi de asemenea acidul citric, care se foloseşte drept conservant.
  • Antibiotice: nu mâncaţi carne de vită şi porc de la animale crescute în complexe zootehnice, care conţine urme de antibiotice. Evitaţi de asemenea penicilina si alte antibiotice.

Dieta recomandata – faza întâi

  • Nici unul din alimentele de mai sus.
  • Carne de pasăre gătita simplu, oua, fructe de mare, peste, miel, iepure, iaurt natural în cantităţi mici, unt in cantităţi mici, orez nedecorticat, mei, hrişca, pâine din secară fară drojdie, turte de orez, paste de porumb sau hrişca.

Majoritatea legumelor, mult usturoi. Mere, pere, piersici, caise, in cantităţi mici. Ulei de măsline. Ceaiuri, apa îmbuteliată, înlocuitori de cafea.

Suplimente: vitamina C, vitamina B complex, zinc, biotina, capsule cu usturoi, lactobacillus acidophilus sub forma de pulbere sau capsule.

Dieta recomandata – faza a doua

§    Reintroduceţi in dieta următoarele alimente, dar in cantităţi mici, pentru a preveni regenerarea ciupercii: fasole, soia, blackeye, aduki, năut, linte, citrice, ovăz, tarate de ovăz, turte de ovăz, brânza si lapte de capra, brânza olandeza de edam si tip Gouda, fructe oleaginoase, seminţe de susan, dovleac si floarea soarelui, produsele din soia, inclusiv tofu.

Dieta recomandata – faza a treia

§         Reintroduceţi următoarele alimente in cantităţi moderate: grâu, germeni de grâu si tarate, pâine greceasca nedospită, pâine dospita cu praf de copt, mălai, ulei de porumb, fructe cu seminţe de tip căpşuni, fructe uscate, lapte de vaca si brânza de Cedar. Din când in când, carne roşie de la animale crescute fară chimicale. Sos de soia, ulei de floarea soarelui si sofranas, margarina, cafea decofeinizată si ceai negru slab, suc de fructe proaspăt.

Aţi ajuns acum la o dieta variata, fără alimente care conţin drojdie sau zahăr; nu mâncaţi alimente care nu sunt incluse in aceasta dieta.

Pe măsura ce reintroduceţi alimente noi in faza a doua si a treia a dietei, este posibil sa constataţi ca pe unele dintre ele nu le toleraţi. Renuntati sa le mai mancati timp de patru-cinci zile si apoi incercati din nou. Daca reactionati la fel, inseamna ca la acele alimente sunteţi alergica. Incercati sa alternaţi alimentele, pentru a evita apariţia unei reacţii alergice si mancati totul in cantitati moderate.

Va trebui sa aveţi grija ce mancati si după dispariţia simptomelor, dar in timp o sa puteţi sa va alcatuiti o dieta mai variata. Daca reincepeti sa mancati alimente care contin drojdie si zahăr, este posibil sa va revină toate simptomele de candidoza pe care le aveaţi înainte de a începe aceasta dieta, dar măcar o sa stiti ce masuri se impun.

Printre prieteni Goji e supranumit superfructul. Are si de ce. Intra in casele celebritatilor de la Hollywood. Azi la Madonna, maine la Gwyneth Paltrow, Liz Hurley sau Kate Moss. Nici una dintre ele nu-si incepe ziua fara portia de Goji.

Nu este insa acesta motivul pentru care vorbim acum despre Goji. Faima ii e sustinuta de proprietatile remarcabile. Ultimele cercetari arata ca Goji este fructul cu cea mai mare concentratie de antioxidanti. De asemenea, e o sursa importanta de vitamina C – are o cantitate de 500 de ori mai mare decat cea a portocalelor. Impresionant este si continutul de vitamina A.

Goji are mai mult caroten decat orice alt produs alimentar cunoscut. In plus contine si 18 aminoacizi, 21 minerale si 29 de acizi grasi diferiti, si este o sursa ideala de proteine.
Superfructul are o istorie in spate. De mii de ani, Goji ocupa un loc insemnat printre remediile medicinei traditionale chinezesti. O portie de fructe de Goji uscate te umple instant de energie si buna dispozitie, pentru intreaga zi. In plus iti fortifica si sistemul imunitar si te face mai rezistent in fara bolilor.

Studii recente arata ca este de mare ajutor in lupta impotriva cancerului, pentru ca stimuleaza corpul sa produca g-interferon. Consumul de Goji ajuta organismul sa se regenereze, dar si sa vindece ranile mai rapid.

Bine,bine, face toate lucrurile astea dar despre silueta cand vorbim ? Imediat. Goji e bun si la asta. Reduce efectele imbatranirii mai ceva ca izvorul tineretii vesnice si e eficient atunci cand tii cure de slabire sau in combatarea celulitei.

Considerat „fructul longevitatii”, goji este indicat atat in scop profilactic (intareste imunitatea, are actiune antioxidanta, cu rol important in prevenirea imbatranirii si a unor boli degenerative), cat si pentru ameliorarea diferitelor afectiuni.

Extrem de bogat in vitamine, minerale si nutrienti.

Beneficiile asupra organismului sunt determinate de compozitia deosebit de bogata, fructul avand o valoare nutritionala ridicata. Astfel, contine:

  • Aminoacizi;
  • Minerale: seleniu, calciu, zinc, iod, crom, fier, magneziu, inclusiv germaniu, care intareste sistemul imunitar;
  • Vitamine antioxidante: provitamina A (beta-carotenul), vitaminele C, E si pe cele din grupul B;
  • O cantitate remarcabila de beta-criptoxantina, ce ajuta la scaderea nivelului de glucoza din sange, a colesterolului „rau” si la cresterea nivelului colesterolului „bun”. Totodata, contribuie la mentinerea integritatii osoase, avand efect antiinflamator;
  • Zeaxantina (83 mg%), principalul antioxidant din fructele goji. Alaturi de luteina, zeaxantina protejeaza sanatatea ochilor, prevenind degenerarea maculara si cataracta. Are actiune benefica si in caz de fibroza hepatica;
  • Monozaharide si polizaharide. Cele din urma au remarcabile efecte antitumorale, antidiabetice, de stimulare a imunitatii si a activitatii motorii, imbunatatind capacitatea de invatare si memorare.

Ajuta la incetinirea procesului de imbatranire
Datorita efectului antioxidant, goji incetineste procesul de imbatranire (fizica si psihica). De asemenea, are actiune protectoare impotriva aparitiei fenomenelor degenerative care pot duce la boala Alzheimer. Stimuleaza secretia de hormoni tiroidieni, mentine in limite normale valorile colesterolului si glicemiei, regleaza tranzitul intestinal, imbunatateste circulatia sangvina si inhiba dezvoltarea tumorilor. In plus, ajuta la combaterea efectelor adverse ale chimioterapiei si radioterapiei.

Mentine elasticitatea pielii, prevenind ridurile

Doamnele vor fi incantate sa afle ca acest fruct minunat contribuie la pastrarea elasticitatii pielii, previne aparitia ridurilor si a petelor pigmentare, dar si unele forme de cancer de piele. Totodata, protejeaza impotriva radiatiilor solare puternice, fiind eficient si in curele de slabire sau in combaterea celulitei.

Goji poate fi consumat sub forma de fructe uscate sau proaspete, ceai, ca ingredient in salate, prajituri, inghetata, suc, vin, lichior din fructe goji. Cel mai recomandat este consumul zilnic a aproximativ 10-30 g (o lingura) de fructe uscate dimineata sau la amiaza, inainte de masa.

ImagineThe Victoria Falls are situated on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, and originate from the Zambezi River. Perhaps the most famous waterfalls in existence, they feature the worlds largest continous sheet of falling water and were declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1989. The Falls are sometimes referred to by their name, ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’, which means ‘The Smoke that Thunders’.

Mount Kilimanjaro is a large, dormant volcano situated near the Kenyan border in Northern Tanzania, within the Kilimanjaro National Park. Both the largest free-standing mountain in the world and the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro is especially unique in that its snow-capped peak imposes itself in the midst of the flat, extensive plains of the Tanzanian Savannah. The areas rich biodiversity paired with Mount Kilimanjaro’s impressive physical features make it well deserving of its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The Sahara is the largest hot desert in the world, spanning over 3.6 million square miles and running through several countries in Northern Africa including Egypt, Morocco, Niger, Chad, Mauritania, Western Sahara, Sudan, Mali, Algeria and Tunisia. It’s name, ‘Sahara’, is derived from Arabic, and translated literally means ‘the greatest desert’. Whilst the vast majority of the Sahara is comprised of large sand expanses, there are some mountain ranges and grasslands, sparse though they may be. Interestingly, the hottest ever temperature recording was taken at the Sahara Desert – clocking in at an astonishing 58 degrees Celcius.

At 17,057ft (5199m), Mount Kenya is the tallest mountain in Kenya and the second highest in Africa. Created approximately 3 million years ago, Mount Kenya is an extinct volcano, often referred to as the ‘Place of Light’. Situated in central Kenya, just north of the equator, the mountain lies within the Mount Kenya National Park, which was inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1997. The Kikuyu people, who live on the southern and western sides of Mount Kenya, firmly believe that their God (Ngai) lived on the mountains peak when he came down from the heavens.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a huge volcanic caldera, covering 260 sq. km (100 sq. mi) in Northern Tanzania. Formed almost 3 million years ago when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed on itself, the Ngorongoro Crater is 610m (2000ft) deep. Endowed with an abundance of wildlife, the crater features almost every animal species present in East Africa.

Located in South Africa, the Three Rondavels are marvelous round rocks rising above the Blyde River Canyon. Also called the Three Sisters, they serve as reminders of the native hut housing structures called rondavels. Situated along the famous Panorama Route in Mpumalanga, the Three Rondavels rock formations consist of quartzite and shale. They are sometimes referred to as the ‘Chiefs Troublesome Wives’, with the flat-top peak representing the chief, Mapjaneng, and the Rondavels representing his three wives.

Zanzibar, which means “coast of blacks” is an archipelago situated 25-50km (16-31 mi) east of mainland Tanzania. The archipelago consists of numerous small islands and two large ones: the main island is Unjuga, which is commonly referred to as Zanzibar itself, and the other is Pemba, which is known as the “Green Island”. The Zanzibar archipelago is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches, which line its perimeter.

Sossusvlei is a large salt and clay pan, home to the worlds highest sand dunes. Situated in the southern region of the Namib Desert of Namibia, Sossusvlei features sand dunes which can reach heights of up to 325m. It’s name is thought to originate from both the Afrikaans and Nama languages, roughly meaning “dead end marsh” when translated.

The Fish River Canyon is located in southern Namibia, West Africa. As the second largest canyon in the World, it’s a very popular destination among tourists. Although dry with only a small series of pools for most of the year, late summer flooding breathes new life into the 404 mile Fish River. Spectacular panoramic views await visitors of the Fish River Canyon, particularly at Hell’s Bend, a scenic overlook named after a horseshoe shaped bend in the river.

The Serengeti National Park is a beautiful area in Tanzania, famous for it’s annual wildebeest migration. Over two million animals migrate from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara Reserve in Kenya in search of fresh pasture. To get a sense of just how monumental this migration is, imagine the entire population of Houston, Texas, leaving their homes and walking to Oklahoma. AMAZING PLACES IN EUROPE

 

The Plitvice Waterfalls are a collection of tiered lakes and waterfalls, stretching throughout Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. Considered to be one of the world’s greatest natural wonders, Plitvice Lakes National Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979. Covering an area of 296 sq km, it is the oldest national park in Southeast Europe, having been founded in 1949. Over 1.2 million visits are recorded each year, making the park one of Croatia’s largest tourist attractions.

Dettifoss, the most powerful waterfall in Europe, falls 148 ft (45m) into Iceland’s largest canyon, the Jokulsargljufur Canyon. Situated on the Jokulsa a Fjollum river, which flows from the Vatnajokull glacier, Dettifoss lies within the Vatnajokull National Park. In terms of volume discharge, it is the largest waterfall in Europe.

The Matterhorn is an iconic Swiss mountain that stands proudly at a height of 14,960 ft (4478m). Whilst not the tallest of the Swiss Pennine peaks, it’s dramatic, pyramidal shape has led to it being the subject of more photographs and paintings than any other natural land formation in the world. The biggest vertical drop is approximately 7,200 feet (2195 meters).

One of the most important cave systems in the world, Slovenia’s Skocjan Cave system was added to UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites in 1986. Entering the caves at the foot of a steep gorge below the village of Skocjan, the Reka River runs underground for 21 miles (34 kilometers) through the massive underground canyons, gorges and caverns, surfacing at Monfalcone to join the Timavo River. This underground channel is over 460 feet (140 meters) high, expanding at points into enormous underground chambers, including Martel’s Chamber, the largest discovered underground cavern in Europe.

At the tip of Northern Ireland lies a breathtaking rock formation named the Giants Causeway. This area of almost perfectly formed basalt steps and columns rises from the water and continues up almost 12 meters (36 feet) high. The fine grained igneous molten rock is almost black in color which creates a truly imposing landscape. With a total of nearly 40,000 columns of mostly hexagonal shapes, this natural beauty is believed to have been formed millions of years ago as a result of a large volcanic eruption under the surface. However, legend says that it was built as a way for Irish giant Finn McCool to reach his true love in Scotland.

Gullfoss is a tiered waterfall, with a total height of 105 feet (32m). Born from the Hvita River, the crevice is hidden from sight at close range, making it appear as though the river simply vanishes into the earth. There’s a famous story about a girl who walked barefoot from Reykjavic to Gullfoss in order to protest the use of the falls for the purpose of generating hydroelectric energy. She is said to have kept the falls safe from inference, and as such, a statue has been erected in her honor near the falls.

Verdon Gorge is situated in southeastern France, and is thought by many to be one of Europe’s loveliest river canyons. It takes its name from the striking turquoise color of the Verdon River that flows along its picturesque 25 kilometer length. Reaching a depth of 700 meters in numerous places makes Verdon Gorge a popular destination for hikers and rock climbers. A fascinating feature of the Verdon River is the section known as Styx du Verdon. Framed by steep, winding walls that lead the river to a point where it shifts its course underground, it appears to vanish into the rock.

Sognefjord is the longest and deepest fjord in Norway, stretching 127 miles (204km) inland from the western coast to the small village of Skjolden in the municipality of Luster. Globally, Sognefjord is second in length only to ‘Scoresby Sund’ in Greenland. Known for its exceptional and pristine natural beauty, the Sognefjord is one of the most spectacular and dramatic natural travel destinations in the world.

Aurora Borealis, also known as the Northern Lights, is a natural light phenomenon visible in northern latitudes. The name is derived from the Roman goddess of dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for north wind, Boreas. The display occurs when solar winds move away from the sun and interact with charged electric and magnetic fields in the earth’s magnetized stratosphere. As charged particles enter the atmosphere 20 to 200 miles above the earth, they clash with oxygen and nitrogen atoms. A collision with oxygen produces reds and greens, while encountering nitrogen creates hues of blue to purple. Wind currents affect the reaction and cause various wave like patterns.

Meaning “World of the Ice Giants”, the Eisriesenwelt is a vast limestone and ice cave located inside Hochkogel Mountain in the Austrian Alps. The Eisriesenwelt sprawls more than 26 miles (42 kilometers) through the Tenneggebirge section of the Alps, though only the first half-mile is sheathed in ice. The caves were sculpted by the Salzach River, and its massive ice formations are formed by thawing snow draining into the cave and freezing into natural ice sculptures. Some of the cave’s highlights include the giant stalagmite in Posselt Hall, the Great Ice Embankment, the soaring stalactites of Hymir’s Castle and the stunning Ice Place, located 1300 feet (400 meters) underground.

Delta of the River Danube

The Danube Delta (Romanian: Delta Dunării) is one of the greatest deltas in the world!

Declared a biosphere reserve in 1990, it was also designated a natural and cultural heritage by UNESCO.

The Danube Delta is one of the world’s most extensive wetlands (2681 sq km).

In this exotic delta, which stretches between the fluvial branches of the Chilia, Sulina and St George, more than 1200 species of plants and trees, 300 species of birds and 100 species of fish have been identified. The Danube Delta is a veritable Noah’s Arch.

Here, everything teems with life: the air hums to the wing-beat of birds (pelicans, swans, cormorants, egrets, spoonbills, widgeons, white-tailed eagles); beneath the water’s surface glint fish (sturgeon, trout, perch, pike, carp); among the reeds swarm all kind of animals. In the Delta there also live turtles, snakes, vipers, otters, foxes, boar, and enots.

Almost 50 per cent of the surface area of the Danube Delta lies temporarily under water, 45 per cent is permanently covered with water and just 5 percent can be said to be genuinely dry land and never floods. Luxuriant and wild vegetation, from the beginning of the world, covers these expanses of water and earth. The Delta is in fact a labyrinth of branches, channels, swamps, lakes, sand banks and endless passages of reeds.

You loose ourselves in groves of white willows or in mixed woods, formed of black poplars, trembling poplars, oaks, bushy ash, elms, and wild apple and pear trees. Here is the domain of creeping plants, such as lianas and wild vines, which inter-penetrate everywhere.

The immense surfaces of rushes, bulrushes and reeds make up and unforgettable décor. The waters stretch into the distance covered in white and yellow lily pads, broken here and there by floating islands of vegetation.

One of the most interesting attractions in the Danube’s Delta. „Letea” forest has been attested as the most northern „tropical” forest, and this strange case of existence is directly related to migratory birds, which is believed they might have exchanged tropical plant seeds between different climatic territories. A broad variety of flora and fauna exists in this place, turning it into a hot-target for worldwide explorers and researchers.

It is located between the Sulina and Chilia branches of Danube in the Danube Delta and it covers an area of aproximatively 2,825 ha (6,980 acres). This forest was the initial foundation of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve which has been declared a World Heritage Site and internationally recognized as a Biosphere Reserve under UNESCO’s Man and the Biosphere Programme in 1992.

It has a subtropical aspect due to the presence of the tropical creeper named Periploca graeca. This is a Mediterranean plant which finds its most northern refuge in Danube Delta. Along with this type of liana, other climbing plants are woven on the branches of the trees: the wild vine, the hop plant, the ivy, etc. Letea Forest is formed mainly from White Poplar, Black Poplar, Elm tree, English Oak, Silver Lime, Narrow-leafed Ash, Common Alder, etc. Along with these ones above it is completed by a rich scale of sub-shrub species. It is also home for a rich fauna like Red-footed Falcon, White-tailed Eagle, Roller, Hoopoe, Vipera ursinii, Danube Delta horse, etc. – approximatively 1600 entomofauna species identified until today.

The traditional fishing villages of the Danube Delta seem remnants of an ancestral world. The people from hereabouts make their living by fishing. The traditional fish dishes of these parts are highly prized. If you find yourself here, you will be able to dine on spitted fish, fish broth, and pickled fish with garlic juice, fried fishcakes. You are also sure to be tempted by a wine from the Niculitel Vineyard; the most appreciated varieties are the Aligote, the Muscat – Ottonel and the Merlot.
